The Traffic & Sidewalk Committee contracted with Howard Stein Hudson to analyze existing traffic conditions on Love Lane and Chestnut Street, two roads that are particularly narrow for two-way traffic, yet are experiencing cut-through traffic avoiding higher-volume roads.
