Study and Meeting Rooms (Reserve Online)
Study Rooms and Conference Room
The library has 3 small study rooms available for patron use, independently or for two people. At this time, we are also utilizing a conference room as "Study Room 4" to allow for up to 12 people to meet and study together. Study Room 1 and Study Room 4 may be reserved in advance online (reserve online below). Each reservation is for 2 hours, but patrons may continue to use the room as long as no one else has reserved the space. Study Room 2 and Study Room 3 are first-come-first-serve. All patrons that wish to use any study room must check-in at the Reference Desk first.
Community Meeting Room
The Community Room is the largest meeting space in the library with a max capacity of 100 people (depending upon setup). The primary use of this space is for meetings, library and community programming, presentations, art exhibits, and music concerts.
The Community Room may only be reserved by non-profit organizations. Users must provide proof of non-profit status (i.e. the organization's tax-exempt number). The room reservation fee for non-profit organizations is $100 for use up to 3 hours and $25 per hour for each subsequent hour. No refunds for unused time are permitted. If your organization does not meet the criteria for using the Community Room, please see "Weston Art and Innovation Center Spaces" below.
There is no fee for library affiliated programs or Town of Weston Departments that wish to use the Community Room.
Reminder: All reservations must be in accordance with the Weston Public Library Meeting Room Policy and Regulations and the applicant will take responsibility that those in attendance will abide by the guidelines established by the Weston Public Library Board of Trustees. All meetings must conclude prior to library closing.
Application approval is required. You will receive an email approving or denying your request shortly after submitting the form that is accessible by clicking "Details/Book" below.
