School Resource Officers

The Weston Police Department is fortunate to have two School Resource Officers (SROs) who work in partnership with the Weston Public Schools. Officer Lindsey Bazigian and Officer Andrew Gribbons collaborate with all of the Weston schools through their very important positions. The overall goal of this joint venture is to provide a safe, secure, and nurturing school environment, by building positive relationships with the students, parents, faculty, and staff.

Officer Lindsey Bazigian is assigned to the Country, Woodland and Field Schools. Officer Bazigian ("Officer Lindsey" for the students) began her career in education and earned her Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Officer Lindsey also earned a degree in Sociology from Framingham State University. Officer Lindsey is excited about working with our youngest students within the Weston Public Schools. She enjoys spending time getting to know the students and teachers on a personal level and prefers being seen as not just a School Resource Officer, but as a mentor and role model for the students.

Officer Andrew "Drew" Gribbons is assigned to Weston High School and Weston Middle School. Officer Drew earned a degree in psychology from the College of the Holy Cross, prior to teaching and coaching at the high school level for three years.  Officer Drew is very grateful for the opportunity this position provides, by combining his two passions of community policing and education. His goal is to continually become fully immersed in the schools, and a friendly face to the students, staff, and community.

As always, please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.
