Town Clerk
The Weston Town Clerk is appointed by the Board of Selectmen. The Town Clerk’s Office is the custodian of the official records and documents of the Town, issues dog licenses, marriage licenses, business certificates, and conducts the Town Census. The Town Clerk’s Office also registers all voters and conducts elections in strict conformance with state law.

Annual Town Census
The annual Town Census is mailed to all Weston residents at the beginning of the year and is an important document that must be filed in order to obtain certain Town services, as well as to remain active in the voter registration roll.

Board of Registrars of Voters
As required by Massachusetts General Law, a Board of Registrars of Voters consisting of the Town Clerk and 3 other persons are appointed by the selectmen for the term of 3 years.
