The Select Board, having received written notice from the Library Trustees that a vacancy exists in the membership of the Board of Library Trustees as the result of the resignation of Deirdre Freiberg, hereby gives notice in conformity with provisions of General Laws, Chapter 41, Section 11, that it will hold a meeting with the remaining members of the Board of Library Trustees on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 via an online meeting platform, at 7:10 p.m. for the purpose of filling this vacancy by roll call vote. A majority of the members of the two Boards must be present in order to elect a candidate to serve until the next annual election of town officers.
