    Weston's Police Department is sponsoring this shredding event to assist residents in safely disposing of sensitive documents that contain account or social security numbers or other personal information. The shredding truck will be located in the parking lot of the station.

  1. Chair Yoga 2-week series with Sandy Honeyman

    Join yoga instructor Sandy Honeyman for a restorative and strengthening practice appropriate for those not comfortable getting up and down off a yoga mat. This class will combine seated and standing postures but will offer options for those who prefer to remain seated in a chair. No previous yoga experience required. $5 per class.

  2. Fitness Fridays

    Work on fitness exercises utilizing a stability ball and chair. Cardiovascular, strength, flexibility and balance are touched upon in each class. We incorporate hand weights, exercise bands and movement to train each muscle group. This class is geared towards all levels; each participant can focus the intensity of their workout to their own fitness level. Join us for a fun, active and social fitness class.

    Using resistance bands and exercises set to upbeat music, you’ll focus on areas like muscle toning, core strengthening and lower back support. Ankle strengthening will improve balance and stretching helps your posture. Learn how you can prevent falls; in the event of one you’ll learn techniques for managing trips and landings.
