T'ai Chi is an ancient form of slow Chinese exercise that enhances the flow of internal energy in the body. The practice helps improve balance, joint flexibility, and muscle tone, as well as promotes relaxation, healing, and well-being. As we practice and refine the form (the choreographed routine) we also explore deeper concepts and philosophies of T'ai Chi.

  2. Recycling and Composting in Weston

    November 17, 2020, 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM @ Zoom

Weston produces more trash per household than many other comparable communities around us. The Town is working hard to change this and they need your help. Join recycling staff and representatives from Weston to learn more about what is being done to update programs at the Transfer Station, improve resident education about what can be recycled and bring new offerings to households such as composting of food scraps. Reducing what we waste and throw away is a simple but impactful step each of us can take to improve our environment.
